RETURNS POLICY


In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase or would prefer a different model or specification, you must request a return and place a new order for the desired item.

POLICY REQUIREMENTS


We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is not returned in its original condition, including original packaging, accessories, manuals, and all included components. Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer.


We accept returns for most electronic products, including MP3/MP4 players, projectors, VR glasses, and wireless speakers, provided that:


The item is unused or only minimally tested

The item is not damaged by misuse or improper handling

All original accessories and packaging are included


Due to product integrity and safety standards, we do not accept returns for:


Items that show signs of heavy use or physical damage

Products with missing parts or accessories

Items that have been modified or repaired without authorization

RETURN COSTS


The cost of returning an item varies depending on the country from which the package is sent. The exact return shipping cost will be displayed during the return process. Once the returned package is received, the refund will be processed with the corresponding return shipping cost deducted.


EXCHANGES


Items may be exchanged for a different product or variation. During the return process, customers can select the preferred replacement item. The exchange will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.


BUNDLES AND PROMOTIONS


For orders involving bundles or promotional offers, refunds will be calculated based on the returned items.


If only part of an order is returned, the value of any applied promotion will be adjusted accordingly, and only the applicable amount for the returned item will be refunded. The promotion value will be reduced in proportion to the returned item.


If the entire order is returned, the full amount paid will be refunded. However, the promotion code will no longer be valid for future use.


Promotion codes issued as part of sales campaigns are non-refundable and cannot be reinstated.
