SHIPPING INFORMATION

A flat shipping fee of $5 per order applies to all orders. 

DELIVERY STATUS

If a tracking number indicates that a package has been delivered but has not been received, customers should allow 24–48 hours after the recorded delivery time. Packages may be scanned early or delivered to a nearby location such as a neighbor. If the package cannot be located after this period, customers may contact customer support for assistance.

TRACKING UPDATES

Tracking numbers are generated when the shipping label is created. Tracking updates may take 1–2 business days to appear after the number is issued.

SHIPPING ORIGIN

All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment centers. Shipping locations may vary depending on product availability and destination.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Requests to change the shipping address, shipping method, or order details must be submitted as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed once the order has been processed, but reasonable efforts will be made to assist.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

ORDER TRACKING

All shipped orders include a tracking number, which will be sent via email after dispatch.

The company is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier disruptions. Customers are advised to contact the relevant courier service for detailed information in such cases.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Orders can be shipped internationally. In certain regions, express shipping methods may be used to ensure reliable delivery.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

PO BOX DELIVERY

Shipping to PO Box addresses is not supported.

FAILED DELIVERY / RETURNED SHIPMENTS

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details, refusal to pay customs fees, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package may be returned.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any unpaid customs duties or additional fees. Re-shipment costs will also be borne by the customer.

SPECIAL REGIONS

Shipping availability may vary by region. Certain remote areas or islands may not be supported for delivery.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Shipping carriers are selected based on destination and logistics availability. Common carriers include international courier and logistics service providers.


ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

If a cancellation request is approved within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
